Shipment processing time

All orders are processed every single business day, and sent out next business day. In case of weekends the product will be shipped out on the next available business day. On holidays the products will be processed but depending on the postal service, the products may not ship out immediately. If we experience any disturbance when processing your order there might be some added delays, in that case we will contact you through the phone number or email that you have provided by sending you an update, we will keep you updated and make sure you get your order. We do not ship to either USA or Asia.

Damages

RainyFridays is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the product is defect or damaged when we ship it out we will provide a refund.

International Shipping Policy

We ship inside of europe, shipping prices will vary depending on country. This is due to the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns incase the product is not damaged or defect due of us. If the product is defect however please contact our customer service and we will assess the situation. The product should not be washed or damaged by the customer if a return will be possible.
